On the 13 September 2016, The Cyprus Council of Ministers has approved the amendments to the Scheme for Naturalisaton of Investors in Cyprus by Exception. The said scheme is based on subsection in section 111A of the civil Registry Laws of 2002-2015. The new requirement is even more enticing as the minimum investments has been reduced from €2.500.000 to €2.000.000
